For now we only receive Pay Pal payments,

Delivery

Once your order is in we will need 2-3 weeks to produce it, as most of our jewelry are made to order.

Refunds

If your order is lost in the mail, we will reach the mail post to make sure of it, once we received our approval we will refund you for the whole amount, 100% refund.

Returnings

RETURNING A JEWELRY

Our jewelry will arrive safely and easily, and you will receive the refund back ASAP.

A few steps and important note:

1.Please put the jewelry back in its box and wrap it with all bubbles and all documents and in its original envelope (if you still have it) please don’t forget the invoice/ receipt.

2. Please add a small note that explains that you wish to return the jewelry, and yes you can add why.

3. *IMPORTANT: SIMPLEST SHIPPMENT AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM VIA REGISTERED MAIL, OR ANY TRACKING NUMBERS’ SERVICES!

4. Send us photos of the envelope just before you send it- With the simplest and cheapest air-mail (not registered in any way) and I'll refund you *right away.

*Any item that will be sent Via Registered mail/ tracking items will be stuck at costumes, therefor any who will send via that shipment will receive the refund only AFTER we will receive the jewelry.
